Inspired by the 2,000-mile journey of the Stork, their dynamic Modern Pan-African concept showcases the migration of African culinary inspiration to nearly every continent in the world. Their food story; an African narrative steeped in colour, flavour, history, and culture. The menu offers diners a celebration of Pan-Arican decadence from Cassava Dumpling Ital Soup; okra, sweet potato, iron bark pumpkin and pimento salt (v) to Sea bass; samphire and egusi stew. Stork is more than a fine dining restaurant, it’s a space where food, history, and art collide. The jewel in the crown is a magnificent private dining room which will open later this Winter.
